A 55-year-old in Ohio asking about early Social Security withdrawals gets an answer that sounds authoritative but carries zero legal weight and zero accountability.

The financial services industry spent decades building compliance frameworks around human advisors. Fiduciary duty. Licensing. Errors and omissions insurance. That entire regulatory scaffold assumes a human is on the other end. AI chatbots sit in a gray zone. They're not registered advisors, so they can't be held to advisor standards.
